Our fees are based on the size of the villa, its location and its condition
During the Rental Season
The following are guidelines
- A villa clean is typically €75 – inclusive of cleaning materials
- A ‘change-over’ clean is normally 50% extra
- The above includes a report each month on the condition of the villa
We can also arrange:
- Pool cleaning services
- Welcome packs for guests – we can provide examples/ideas
- Gardeners
- Repairs and minor work
Out of Season
Our winter villa service costs €250 for the season
- We check your villa regularly and following any major storms
- We will let you know if there is anything you should be aware of
- We can arrange quotes for any repairs that are needed
